Blue Tansy

 

Blue Tansy oil is ink blue in color.  It is a yellow flowering plant grown in Morocco.  It is also referred to as Moroccan Chamomile.  The Chamazulene, a chemical in Blue Tansy, causes it to turn an indigo color during the distillation process.  Chamazulene is great for healthy inflammatory response in the body.  When you put it on, it may seem like it will stain you blue but it doesn’t.  After an hour or so, it will disappear.

To me Blue Tansy is similar to Helichrysum and Roman Chamomile.  It is an expensive oil and very worth it.  Blue Tansy is in Deep Blue and Balance oil blends.

BODY

Cleansing & Protecting: Diffuse regularly to keep the immune system strong.1

Skin: Dilute Blue Tansy oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply on targeted areas.  Gently apply on dry irritated skin.  

Watery Itchy Eyes: Dilute Blue Tansy oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply near eye area and on eye reflex points on hands and feet.

Relieve Tension & Aches: Blue Tansy is found in Deep Blue.  You can apply it directly on the affected area(s) with or without dilution.  Blue Tansy is great for the occasional toothache and sore gums too.  Make sure you use it consistently.

Bug Bites: You can apply it directly on the affected area(s) with or without dilution. Repeat as needed every few hours.

Insect Repellant: Apply on your skin especially pulse points before going out.  Diffuse in the air.

Immunity Boosting: Rub on the bottom of the feet along with other immune boosting oils.2

Digestive & Stomach Support: Dilute Blue Tansy oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub on the tummy.  Drink more water during the day.3  

Respiratory Support:  Mix Blue Tansy with Eucalyptus and Peppermint in your palms and diffuse to open airways and support the lungs.

Thyroid & Thymus Balancing: Mix Blue Tansy with Clove and Lemongrass in a roller bottle.  Dilute blend with Fractionated Coconut oil and rub over Thyroid & Thymus areas and corresponding reflex points on feet and hands (on the inside of the bottom of big toes and on the outside of thumbs.)

MIND

Oil of Inspired Action.  According to the Emotions & Essential Oilsthe negative emotions Blue Tansy oil helps to shift are as follows: Procrastinating, resisting change and inner guidance, uninspired, exhausted, lethargic, apathetic, self-sabotage

The positive properties we can incorporate are the following: inspired, initiative, committed, responsive, energized, motivated, purposeful, responsibility

Addictions & low self control: Rub Blue Tansy on Thymus,Thyroid and tummy morning and night.  Decided to fully own your power. 

Say aloud, “I can choose STRENGTH in all situations.”

The great thing is to healing the mind is that we don’t have to do it alone.  We have the energy of the oils to use as you work on rewiring your brain and mastering your thoughts.

Balance: Rub on forehead, ears, back of neck and big toes. Blue Tansy is found in Balance oil.  When we get so wrapped up in our fears we allow things to overwhelm us.  When we are very overwhelmed we freeze and don’t do anything at all.  A lot is going on in our head but we don’t see action or productivity.  Blue Tansy helps us relax and clearly see things in a calm and collected way.  Most things aren’t as bad was we think.

When we can take the time, write things down and identify all the things we need to do, it isn’t as bad as we think.  Allowing thoughts to repeat in our minds is harmful for you and everyone around you.  Tip: Take out a piece of paper.  Fold it in half.  Write two titles on the top of each column.  1. Urgent and Important. 2. Important and not Urgent.  Ask for Divine help and choose to do the things in order.  Be ok with not being able to it all in one day.

SPIRIT

At times when we are willful and do it our way then we are faced with pain!  We go against the natural flow of the universe.  That should be a clue.  Ask yourself, what is it I really want?  Identify it.  Write it down.  Then allow the universe to give it to you in His way and pray for the wisdom to accept and go along with it.

When you allow yourself to be Self-Aware like that, you will hear the inner voice, prompting you to let go of control and allow yourself to be safe.  The lack of trust causes negativity and discouragement.  We assume people and situations will be painful and tiresome.  Then it happens the way we believe!!  So we essentially self-sabotaged.

Instead just decided to be positive and focus on the good.  Then you’ll find inspirations pop into your mind and it continues to fuel as you focus on one task at a time.  The more you take action, the more momentum you get.
