Essential Oil Blends and Singles

This is an extraordinary privilege to access to CPTG Rose essential oil.  I am so grateful that dōTERRA has sought out and obtained such an amazing quality of Rose oil.  This is a very labor intensive oil to obtain.  One drop of Rose oil is equal to two and a half dozen roses!  I am so excited about Rose oil.  I love using Rose oil.

Rose oil is said to have the highest vibrations of any essential oils on the planet. Rose’s vibrational element is so strong it raises the vibrational level of all who come close.  One drop of Rose oil on the sternum or at the base of the throat can affect the entire room of 30-40 people.  Rose can help elevate your mood all day.  I love using Rose oil before I teach a class or give a presentation.  When we continue to raise our vibration we help our body stay well.  Illnesses have a lower vibration.  You feel that low vibration when you are near sick people.  That is why we should try to be happy and positive as much as possible then our body can’t possibly be sick.  Rose oil inspires creativity and intuition. Rose oil is fantastic for skin and positive emotions.  Rose oil is found in doTERRA’s Immortelle (Salubelle) blend, Whisper, Veráge™ Immortelle Hydrating Serum, and Rose oil lotion.  Our Rose oil now comes in a roller bottle and is perfectly diluted.

Rose Oil supports and soothes the emotions. It lifts us from negative, heavy emotions.  It stabilizes mood swings, particularly if they are related to postnatal blues.  After birth, our hormone levels changes as we adapt to another physical change, the lack of sleep, change in diet and nourishment, and adjustment to the chance can cause a form of of grief and sadness.  It is normal and expected.  The level of joy and anticipation of this new baby is sometimes overshadowed by this momentary ‘grief.’  If you need to, add 1-2 drops Melissa to this blend and cry that energy out.

Bath Blend for Dealing with Disappointment: ½ cup Epsom salts, Rose 2 drops, Melissa 1 drop

End of Life Care: Combine Rose 2 drops, Frankincense 8 drops and Lavender 3 drops, diffused or applied to the bones behind the ears or on the sternum.  Dr. Susan Lawton says, this is  excellent for the person preparing to transition as well as the care givers and the visitors and family members. This will inspire feelings of trust and peace and relieve anxiety for all participating.

Frankincense 4 drops, Rose 1 drop mixed and applied sparingly on the forehead (on bones behind the ears or on the pillows) of the person transitioning will allow for clarity and focus so that communication can be enhanced.18

Mother’s of premature baby(ies): Wear Frankincense 4 drops and Rose 1 drop on hands and on bones behind the ears as you hold the newborn.  This supports rapid mother-baby connections.  Gently touch the baby’s ears, lungs, brain, and heart with the energy charged hands and send loving confident energy into the baby.

Anytime I help people whether it is physical health, emotional health or even financial health, I know the solution is always a spiritual connection to God.  When we allow ourselves to reach heavenwards, every aspect of our lives improves.  Sometimes we only see the illusions of the material life and reach an elementary understanding of life and often in a unknowingly selfish manner.  When we allow ourselves to mature spiritually, we see beyond today and our current problems.

The more I study energy and spirit, the clearer it becomes to me that the solutions to our problems comes from simple things we have been taught already.  The solution for everything is to come closer to God (his divine love and light).  When we do this, we are naturally closer to each other and we find more health, power, purpose, joy, love and peace in our existence.  Our personal problems are reduced or eliminated, and our power to create abundance grows naturally.

In the picture below, I show how I see the liberating path of love.  Basically, it is about being selfless.  Selfless is being aware of your unique role and influence within the whole.  Can you see the big picture?  Can you see your important part in this universe and how you can be a valuable asset to humanity?

The further you go from the light and love of God, the darker it gets.  It doesn’t matter which direction away you go, it is still dark when it is away from the light.  It is still selfish, self focused, comparing, competing, lonely, and unhappy.  When we let go of our self focus and look outwards, we see that we are equally as important as others.  We see how our struggles, fears, doubts and human weaknesses are like others.  As we cleave onto each other we can complement each other and use our strengths for good. This is when we find peace, joy and deep happiness.

Gratitude is the energy that allows us to accept and surrender to love.  Rose oil relaxes our fears and helps us open up to this sweet joy of the love energy.  When we have love, we trust.  We trust God, others, and ourselves.  Life truly becomes easier at this point.

Love & Gratitude: Diffuse Rose oil to help you create daily habits of choosing happiness.  Suggestion: Before you go to bed, write down 3 good things everyday for the next 2 weeks. Pray and give thanks for those things. See how much happier you become in that short time.

Next: think of one person you can serve every day for the following 2 weeks.  Even if it is a short loving text to let them know you are thinking of them.  Eventually, you’ll see that the universe takes care of your problems and issues when you turn outwards.  Your problems seems smaller.  Your happy brain finds more solutions.  Your happy heart attracts good people to bless you too.  Think of the “Long handle spoon allegory”.

Studies show that if you choose to be happier (raising your own vibration), you have influence over 1000 people in your circle of influence.  Even though it seems counter intuitive to use an expensive oil like Rose daily but I feel strongly that it will reward you many times over in more than monetary gains.
